Lara delivers workshops in Physical Theatre, Contemporary and Creative Dance; exploring processes of devising, improvisation, characterisation, repertoire, contact, lift/partner work, as well as teaching technique and body conditioning.
Lara is a tutor and coach who can plan and teach a range of classes, workshops, choreographic residencies and training events, for beginners through to professionals across the UK and Europe. 

Lara is a Creative Practitioner for the Arts Council of Wales’ Lead Creative Schools Scheme and has recently been working with learners with ASD and PMLD at a Special School.

A regular performer and tutor with Earthfall Dance, Lara teaches extensively across the UK, with choreographic residencies at Wales Millennium Centre, Bath Spa University, Ridings Winterbourne Academy and in Poland with Theatr Association Chorea, ?ód?,

As an Independent Dance Artist Lara has taught for many organisations and educational institutions across Wales and the UK. These include technique classes at Liverpool John Moore’s University, storytelling workshops for Theatr Iolo, issue-based dance and drama programmes for TAN Dance, music and movement presentations with musicians of Ensemble Cymru and outreach work for Cheshire Dance, North East Wales Dance, Dawns i Bawb, Dawns Dyfed, Crewe and Nantwich Borough Council and Malbank School and Arts College..

Lara has over 12 years experience developing and managing dance and arts projects for organisations and educational institutions across Wales and the UK.
